📅 Return Window 
You have 15 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or refund.


Eligibility
Your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition you received it

In the original packaging

Accompanied by a proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

⚠️ For hygiene reasons, opened or used comfort/personal care products are not returnable, unless damaged or defective on arrival.

Items returned after 15 days


📦 Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

We’ll reply within 24–48 business hours with instructions.
⚠️ Do not send any products back without contacting us first.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs
If the item is defective/damaged or there was an error on our part → we cover shipping

For other cases (e.g. change of mind) → customer pays return shipping

Original shipping costs are non-refundable


💳 Refunds
Once your return is received & inspected, we’ll email you about the approval or rejection

If approved → refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

If used, incomplete, or late → may qualify for partial refund or be rejected


🔄 Exchanges
Only for defective or damaged items

Replacement will be the same model

🎁 Gift Orders
Marked as gift → you’ll receive a gift credit/voucher for the return value

Not marked as gift → refund goes to the original purchaser
